Jim Graham - MCJ, EMT-P, DRE __________________________________________________________________ Biography Jim Graham, MCJ, EMT-P has been in public service in one form or another for the past 20 years. Currently he serves as a Deputy with the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office and a Paramedic with Mary Greeley Medical Center both of which are in Iowa.
