He currently holds the position of Team Lead; Emergency Management for U.S. Operations at Enbridge Energy; the longest pipeline company in the world. In this position, Adam coordinates all emergency management activities, large-scale/full scale exercises, physical security and emergency response policies for all operations in the United States. For eleven years Adam worked fulltime at the Somerset Police Department. During his tenure, Adam held the positions of Field Training Officer (FTO), Evidence Technician, Hostage/Crisis Negotiator and Deputy Emergency Manager. He was also assigned as the Police School Liaison for six years with the Somerset School District. While pre-hospital providers are trained in patient assessment and the care of physical illness and injuries, scenes of domestic violence can include issues often outside the provider’s clinical training. Target Audience: BLS and ALS Providers Presentation 2 Title: Zombie Driver...Shift of the Living Dead Fatigue is often ranked as a major factor in causing road crashes although its contribution to individual cases is hard to measure and is often not reported as a cause of crash. Driver fatigue is particularly dangerous because one of the symptoms is decreased ability to judge our own level of tiredness.
