I can dedicate approximately 25-30 hours (including on-site lab time) anytime during day or night per course to participate in the learning process. 4. Prioritizing tasks -- and accomplishing them before their deadlines -- is one of my strong points. 5. I am comfortable with communicating my ideas in writing. 6. I am able to learn and understand material (textbooks, articles, websites) by reading or viewing it on my own. 7. I feel I could learn as much through written communication with my classmates as I do through oral discussion in a classroom. 8. I am comfortable working independantly and do not feel the need for constant attention and direction from the instructor. 9. I am comfortable sending email and, browsing websites, and using new technologies. 10. My lifestyle (family, work, or personal schedule) makes it difficult for me to attend courses during the day. Your Results Count up the number of questions you answered with a "yes" and find your score below: 9 - 10 "yes" answers: your life circumstances and learning style make you an excellent candidate for our Hybrid EMT course. 6 - 8 "yes" answers: you are probably a fairly good match for Our Hybrid EMT program, however you should be aware that hybrid courses require a high level of both self-motivation and discipline for students to be successful. 1 - 5 "yes" answers: you should seriously think about whether our Hybrid EMTcourse is the right choice for you.
